What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3pm. If you plan to arrive after 7pm, please email the venue in advance at reservations@sheenemill.com so the team can make the necessary arrangements.
What time is check-out?
Check-out time is 10am. Please contact the venue directly on 01763 261393 or at reservations@sheenemill.com to confirm, as times may vary depending on your booking.
Is breakfast included?
Rooms are sold on a room-only basis unless your booking specifically includes breakfast. If you would like to discuss breakfast arrangements for your stay, please contact reservations@sheenemill.com.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. The car park accommodates 55 cars, with additional overflow parking across the road. Cars may be left overnight at the owner's own risk and must be collected by 11am the following day.
Do you have disabled access?
Most of the venue is on ground level, with ramps where needed. There is a small step at the front door of the main building which cannot be ramped as it is a listed building. However, a side gate provides wheelchair access to the garden. For specific queries about bedroom accessibility, please contact the venue directly.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms or within the venue. Registered assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome at all times. Pets are welcome in the outdoor patio areas and must be kept on a lead.
Do you have cots or children's beds?
A limited supply of camp beds and cots is available. Please speak to the venue before making your booking to arrange these, as availability cannot be guaranteed on arrival.

I am attending a wedding or event. Can I book a room through the venue?
If you are attending a private event, room allocations are managed by the event organiser. Please contact them directly for your accommodation booking. The venue is unable to take individual room requests for private hire events.
What is the nearest train station?
Meldreth railway station is the closest, on the London to Cambridge line with direct services into central London. The station is about a 5 minute walk from the venue. Sheene Mill is also easily reached from the A10, M11 and A1, and is within reach of Stansted and Luton airports.
