FAQ & Terms
Can we eat inside the venue?
Yes! From the 17th May we can welcome everyone into our venue again. Our tables will be spaced out as per government guidelines.
Can we choose where to sit for our Dine-In Experience?
Please feel free to mention on the notes section when making a booking and preferences you have. We will always do our best to accommodate requests, but due to table spacing requirements and room capacity, we may not always be able to.
Requests to sit outside: Please note that when requesting an outside table, we may not always be able to reserve a table inside for you if the weather turns.
I have a gift voucher, can I use it towards a Dine-In Experience?
Monetary Vouchers: If you have a printed monetary gift voucher, we can swap this for an e-voucher code to use online.
Afternoon Tea Vouchers: If you have a specific gift voucher (i.e. Afternoon Tea for Two) you may swap your printed gift voucher for an e-voucher to use for our Afternoon Tea experiences.
Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of your printed voucher. You will need to bring your printed voucher with you when you collect your items. Please do not forget to bring this with you on the day.
Is it possible to make booking on the day?
We always advise to pre-book your dining experience with us as we order stock to satisfy our bookings several days prior. if we are able to accommodate your party, we will of course do so, but to avoid disappointment we recommend booking in advance with the venue.
Do we need to pre-order our menu choices?
Some of our Dine-In Experiences require menu preorders. This will be noted on the menu for the event. A member of our team will be in touch prior to your date to collect this information if required.
Is there a dress code for Sheene Mill?
We would like you to wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
Can I make dietary requests?
We will try our best to meet requests but this may not always be possible. We can however advise if our dishes are suitable for certain allergies. Please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Are you only open for Dine-In Experiences?
As you can imagine, the pandemic caused huge levels of uncertainty. We can no longer afford the luxury of several different menus with a large team of staff waiting by just in case. We hope that by allowing pre-booking of special 'Dine-in' days we can guarantee our staff hours and reduce food wastage in the process.
We will only be offering our Dine-In Experiences on the dates listed. It is likely that we will be closed or have an exclusive event on any dates not listed. If you would like to enquire about booking your event with us, please email [email protected]
Terms: Bottomless Prosecco events
If you have booked one of our bottomless Prosecco experiences, please note that there is a 90-minute table limit on all reservations. Unlimited prosecco begins from your reservation time slot selected and not the time that you arrive at the venue.
Please drink responsibly.
A minimum of one bottle of prosecco is provided at your table upon arrival (based on two people). Additional prosecco will be served by the glass upon request during your visit.
Please note that we operate a fair use policy with any unlimited drink events. If our team believe that intentional waste, intoxication, or overindulgence is occurring, we reserve the rights to stop serving alcohol to your table.
Terms: Bookings are non-refundable
Unfortunately, once you have made a purchase we cannot offer any refunds. If you let us know 72 hours in advance, we can possibly change the date of your booking. Please email us at [email protected]
You are more than welcome to offer your booking to a friend or family member to use on that date. Please let us know in advance of any changes to the main booking persons details.
Terms: Pre payment for Dine-In Experiences
All of our dine-in experiences require advanced pre-payment. Any drinks or additional items ordered on the day will be charged separately. All bookings must be made via our website and not over the phone or in person we are afraid. This helps us to keep track of bookings, staffing and be as covid safe as possible.
A 10% optional service charge may be added to your bill. If you wish for this charge to be remove, please ask your waiter.
